Welcome home!  We are happy you have decided to make the Kingswood neighborhood in St. Charles, Illinois your home.  The goal of the Kingswood HOA is to create an enjoyable, safe, and  community oriented neighborhood. We are fortunate to live in such a wonderful area.

• ​Kingswood HOA has a new community Facebook page.  This page is exclusively for Kingswood residents.  It will provide association updates and communications.  It is also an opportunity for neighbors to connect.​​

• If you're making any changes to the outside of your home, this includes: replacing shingles, driveway and new paint, please submit your plans to the Kingswood Board of Directors.

Board Meetings 

The 2024 4th Quarter Board Meeting and Annual Homeowners Meeting and Board Election will be held on Thursday, November 21st at 7:00PM. These meetings will be held in-person in the conference room of Property Management Techniques (address below).

2025 HOA ASSESSMENTS DUE

The annual assessment has been set for $295.00 per lot for 2025. 

As a reminder, assessments can be paid using a checking/savings account or credit card (2.99% service fee) online.  Existing accounts, CLICK HERE
